Sofya Aoufi
Sofya Aoufi (BSc in Biology, Ghent University; International Master in Marine Biological Resources, IMBRSea) is a marine biologist with a great interest in conservation, spatial ecology and marine megafauna amongst others. She is a PhD candidate at the Institute of Natural Sciences and Ghent University with the JPI Oceans project PureWind studying the impact of anthropogenic noise on the distribution and behaviour of harbour porpoises in operational wind farms.
